In Line with the GDPR customers should know that all data that we receive from them i.e name, email addresses, addresses, phone numbers etc, are used by Margot + Lace purely for their booking. We do not share any of your information and it is not used for marketing purposes in anyway unless you have signed up to our mailing list. If you have signed up to our mailing list you will receive emails from us regarding discounts, offers, news and journal posts and will have the option to unsubscribe at anytime.
When a booking form is completed and returned to us we print the booking form off and keep it in a calendar year folder at the business address. The email trial is saved in our email system in a file under the name of the customer if a booking has been made. Otherwise contact form emails are deleted. We will keep the hard copy and digital folder for upto 3 years.
Under GDPR all clients will have the right to request that your personal data is deleted or removed from the files, known as your Right of Erasure. If you would like us to do this then just contact us.
Margot + Lace will seek consent prior to taking any pictures during a booking so that they can be used on the website or on Margot + Lace’s social media accounts. If a person wishes for an image to be removed, please inform us.
